Women's Ministries at Our Father
A full choice of days and times for women’s activities are offered from quietly praying for a Prayer Sister to Tuesday morning Bible studies. Occasional retreats and banquets are also offered. Watch the weekly newsletter for upcoming activities.
Women's Bible Study - All women are invited to join us every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. in Room 200 (does not meet over the summer).
Spiritual Support Group - If you are looking for a small group which laughs, shares, cares, and prays, this group is for you! This group meets twice monthly (usually the 2nd and 4th Wednesday evenings) from 7 - 8:30 p.m. in the Conference Room.
OFLC Monday Evening Book Club - The Book Club meets once monthly to discuss a book. Everyone is welcome to join our group even if you have not read the book. Join us for refreshments, fellowship and lively discussion of the book. Please refer to the most current newsletter for the current book and next meeting date.
Prayer Sisters - A sisterhood of ladies who pray for a secret sister, who keep in touch through small gifts of remembrance and through cards on the Prayer Sister kiosk, and who then end the year with the Prayer Sister Evening - our "revealing" event. We also usually have a summer Garden Party.
Women's Retreat - The Women's Retreat is an annual event that usually takes place at Loretto Spirituality Center. Call the church office at 303-779-1332 if you would like more details regarding this event.
Annual Women's Banquet - This is an evening of fellowship, food and fun for women of all ages. It is a catered event that takes place in the fellowship hall.
